• Product Information
  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, including the type, quality, and origin of our jadeite products.
  • We are thorough in our Live showcase of the product(s), all possible angles of the item has been shown during the Live and should there be any dissatisfaction arising from the product received, hence not surmountable as an item defect relevant to the Refund and Return policy. 
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Customised items will require sample images of desired design, otherwise, design sketches will be kept at three (3) times only. Payable with every design change after the third (3rd) time. 
• Ordering and Payment
  • Orders are made through Instagram Direct Message/Tiktok Direct Message and may be subject to availability.
  • Payment is due at the time of the order through our secure payment gateway (Stripe at additional 4% and/or Paynow through UEN).
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a refund.
  • Orders which require any payable customisation will come at a fee. Live Host will indicate on the Live Card. 
• Shipping and Delivery
  • We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method. Delivery will take roughly 2-3 weeks from item purchased date if the items sold do not require any form of customisation of alteration. Tracking details will be sent to you via Whatsapp or SMS. 
  • Customisation will require minimally 2-8 weeks from purchase payment date. 
  • Unpolished items will take minimally 10 working days from day of payment received; not including Saturday and Sunday. 
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. Free shipping is included for all Southeast Asian countries with a consolidated item cost of $300 (not inclusive of 10% service fee). Otherwise, shipping cost is at $15 to all Southeast Asian countries. Rates for other countries will be provided upon request. 
  • No self-collection. Purchases can be accumulated as an Open Box for no infinite time. Please do let us know if you wish to keep an Open Box when your delivery form is sent. 
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

• Intellectual Property
  • All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of With Love, Jade.
  • You may not use our intellectual property without our written consent.
• Limitation of Liability
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question.
• By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any updates will be posted on our Instagram Post or Instagram Stories.
